Early morning arrivals (Please read carefully):  please line up at the designated sign each morning.  Entry numbers will be given out each morning at 8am.  Entry numbers will not be required to enter the sale after the initial line has entered.  Entry will begin at 9am.  Due to the layout of the home, we will be staggering groups of 10 people at a time.  It may take some time to get into the home, so please take that into consideration and plan accordingly if there is an item you really want.

The neighbors are so kind and have welcomed our company and estate customers with open arms. Let’s return their kindness by using our inside voices and not blocking driveways, mailboxes, etc. Thank you in advance for respecting the neighbors ❤️

We have a limited supply of boxes for our customers at this sale.  We suggest bringing your own bags/boxes/wrapping paper.  If planning on buying furniture, heavy items, piano, etc please bring help to load.  We do not have the ability to help load heavy items 😀

And lastly, before we get to the good stuff: We work very hard to price these items and have a zero-tolerance policy for price tag removing/price tag switching.  We reserve the right to refuse service in the event we suspect that tag removal/switching has occurred.  We’d love to not have to resort to these measures, so let’s keep this light and fun and respect the tags.
